To Whom It May Concern:

During Trevor Thomas' employment with CompuCollege School of Business over the past year, he has proven himself to be a very competent, loyal and hardworking instructor, a team player and is well liked by staff and students. He was responsible for the instruction of our Accounting and Computers program, which included Fundamental Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Financial Management, Computerized Accounting, Auditing and Taxation.

Trevor has high expectations of himself and his students and was always concerned that he was preparing them adequately for the job market. He is quick to offer his student's advice and expertise in matters of curriculum development and current trends in the industry and always conducted himself in a professional manner.

He received two awards for "Super Teacher" of the month during his tenure here, as voted by his students, which is a great acknowledgement of his teaching performance.

It is without hesitation that I would recommend Trevor for any position he may apply for and would be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Yours truly,

Compucollege School of Business

ISLAND DEAF & HARD OF HEARING CENTRE

To Whom It May Concern:

Re: Trevor Thomas

Trevor preformed the bookkeeping and accounting functions for the Island Deaf and Hard of Hearing Centre (IDHHC) for five and a half years (1997 to 2003)

When Trevor stepped into the position he faced some difficult challenges in restructuring the agencies accounting system. Trevor set us up with Simply Accounting, established cost centers for each program and streamlined our reporting procedures. He also designed a cash flow budget, on time financial reporting and did a review of our operations as to how we could better manage our operations. On a day-to-day basis we sometimes asked for his financial expertise and his advice proved to be both creative and fiscally sound.

Trevor is a highly motivated, self-starter who enjoys a challenge. He is extremely thorough and is very knowledgeable regarding financial issues. Trevor will go to any length to find out whatever information is needed to get something done.

Trevor worked with enthusiasm, compassion, and commitment. Most importantly, Trevor's interactions with colleagues and board members were always respectful.

I wish Trevor continued success in his future endeavors.

Sincerely, Penne Roberts
Executive Director
